Return Policy


You could return products Within 30-Days From Delivery Date without RESTOCKING FEE! (customer must pay for return postage)


Products modified from their original condition or damaged are not eligible for a return. This includes any alterations/damages done by yourself or any third party. Frames damaged by a third party will not be eligible for return, exchange or store credit.


Returning At Your Own Expense:


If you are using your preferred courier service to return your purchase, please make sure to:


a) Include all item(s) you wish to return with all original package contents.


b) Use enough cushioning material to prevent damages to the frame(s) while in transit back to us.


c) Use a service that provides tracking information and signature confirmation.


d) Insure the package for the full amount of your order. Eyeglass Concept LLC is not responsible for returned items lost/damaged while in transit back to us.

Products damaged in transit:


Products damaged in transit from to our customers will be replaced free of charge (valid within the continental US only). Please contact us by email within 7 days of receipt to report the issue and arrange for replacement. Customers wishing to proceed with a refund instead are subject to our restocking fees. 


Exchanging for a different style, size or color:


Option 1) Return item(s) and use eligible credit towards your new frame choice:


We will wait until your return arrives for processing before shipping out your new choice. Applicable fees will be deducted from amount eligible for refund and the remaining balance will be used towards your new frame choice. Customers are responsible for paying any price difference associated with the exchange. 


Option 2) Place a new order for your new choice:


Your new order will be processed and shipped in 1-3 business days, unless product(s) are not readily available (out of stock, back order, etc.). Once your package arrives, it will be treated as a return, and the eligible refund amount will be issued within 72 business hours of receipt. 


Unless requested, replacement/exchanged frames will be shipped using Ground Service at the cost of $5.95. Other shipping methods such as USPS Priority 2-3 Day, FedEx 2nd-day or FedEx Next Day Air are available at additional cost.
